3 Somerset Place is a three-storey teccace featuring four bedrooms, including two doubles, a second-floor mezzanine double (without a door), and a bunk room. The home offers a family bathroom, a kitchen, a utility room, a dining room, and a sitting room for relaxation. Amenities include gas central heating, an electric oven and hob, a washer/dryer, and WiFi, with thoughtful extras like a coffee maker and air fryer. Outside, the enclosed, multilevel garden boasts a patio and comfortable furniture, perfect for unwinding—one well-behaved dog welcome. Parking is available in a nearby public car park for 25GBP per week. 3 Somerset Place is ideally located, just a short stroll from local shops, pubs, and the beach, making it an excellent base for a memorable coastal getaway. Note: There is no door on the second-floor mezzanine double. Note: Maximum six adults due to bunk bed. Note: 3 night minimum stay.
