418 Norton Park is a single-storey lodge consisting of an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dining seating for two people, and sitting area with TV. There is a double bedroom with TV, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with patio, lawned area, and furniture, along with designated, off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.8 miles, pub in 1.6 miles, and river in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. 418 Norton Park is a functional base for a getaway in Devon.
