5 Marsh Lane is a house consisting of a kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge with icebox, washing machine, kettle, and toaster, a dining room with seating for five guests, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, double, and single serviced by a ground-floor wet room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, gravel, patio, storage, furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop, 0.3 miles a pub and 0.6 miles a river. Located in north-east Wales, lying on the estuary of the River Dee is the town of Flint, Flintshire’s third largest county town. Across the Dee, the Wirral can be seen from Flint, with views to the south of Halkyn Mountain. Flint’s name refers to the stony platform that the first castle built there was made from, and it is now a mixture of open countryside and bustling town. With excellent transport links you can easily access the neighbouring towns of Chester, Liverpool and even Manchester almost directly on the train, whilst still being close to notary places in North Wales like Llangollen, or Colwyn Bay. Flint has shops, pubs and restaurants, so you won’t have to venture far for everything you will need.
