Stone's Throw Cottage, a cottage over three floors, consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a living/dining room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, second-floor king-size, twin, and second-floor twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. Outside, there is a rear enclosed multi-level garden with decking, lawn, barbecue, and furniture and parking in public car park, payable on site. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You can take a stroll to the Dog friendly Willow Tree Cafe and Woodland Walk or visit the steam train from Launceston through the beautiful Kensey Valley on a 5-mile round trip. Launceston is within driving distance of the seaside resorts of Bude and Padstow to the north, and Plymouth to the south, as well as the stunning Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. A superb base for exploring Cornwall and Devon.
