The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dining seating for two people, a lower-ground-floor utility with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a sitting room with a Smart TV. There is a king-size bedroom and a shower room. Outside, there is a small courtyard with patio furniture, bike storage, and on-street parking with an electric charge point. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.3 miles, a pub and Lake Windermere in 1.2 miles. One well-behaved pet is welcome here, however no smoking is allowed. Ambleside, located near the northern extremity of Lake Windermere, England's biggest lake, is an excellent location for seeing the middle Lakes, with Grasmere and the Langdale Valley only a short drive away. The parkland at Waterhead gives excellent views along the lake and a short strip of beach, while a walk in the opposite way, following Stock Ghyll through woods, leads to the captivating cascade of Stock Ghyll Force.
