Mallacleave House consists of a kitchen with Smart TV, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a living/dining room, a snug with woodburning stove and Smart TV, a game room, a study, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of three king-sizes, two with en-suite walk-in showers, a second-floor king-size, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a wraparound garden with decking, gravel, lawn, patio, furniture, hot tub, and barbecue. Private, off-road parking for five cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome with a third pet welcome by prior arrangement with owner.. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.7 miles. Surf the waves, stroll through pretty villages, wander along the Tarka Trail, visit a famous garden or have some fun at one of the local theme or farm parks – it’s all on the doorstep.
