Lowen Lodge, a single-storey home, consists of a kitchen with a dishwasher, toaster, oven, hob, and a utility with washer/dryer, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, drinks cooler, and storage cupboard. Living/dining room with Smart TV, electric fireplace, and dining table seating six. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, wash basin, heated towel rail, WC and walk-in wardrobe, a small double room and a 2"6 single. Bathroom with bath, wash basin and WC. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with patio, lawn, and furniture and off-road parking for one car, and additional roadside parking at the end of a cul-de-sac. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. You'll find the closest shop and pub in 0.2 miles. Enjoy a memorable escape to Cornwall at Lowen Lodge. St Merryn is a typical Cornish village, located within two miles of the coast and close to the picturesque harbour and fishing port of Padstow.
