50 Fernhill Heights consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, plus living/dining room with dining seating and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. 50 Fernhill Heights makes a pleasing abode for an escape to Dorset. Note: The holiday complex borders the Fernhill Hotel (seasonal opening) The Hotel Swimming Pool will normally be open between 10am-7pm daily, non-residents may book a 50min slot the day before/on the day, by calling 01297 560518 between 10am-12midday and making a non-refundable payment of £2 per person (adult or child), maximum 1 slot per household per day, no other form of communication will be accepted. Note: Phones will be switched off outside these times or when the allocation is full. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: the rear garden is not accessible from the property itself, there is a footpath which leads around to the rear. The garden is multi level and has steep steps so may not be suitable for young children or anyone with limited mobility
