Half Pint Cottage

Please note: This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. From April until the end of September only weekly bookings can be accommodated starting on a Friday. Half Pint Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and dining table, and a sitting room with Smart TV, study desk, and games. The bedrooms consist of a double with a sofa, and a twin, along with a shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden - an evolving project - with patio and lawn, and bike storage, plus designated, off-road parking space for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles, lake 0.6 miles. Half Pint Cottage is a wonderful escape to Dorset, whatever time of year. Note: Three steps up to the lawn in the garden. Note: Restricted head height in the bedrooms due to beams. Note: One step down into twin room.

The local area abounds in a network of footpaths, one leads to the village of Netherbury, the site of the original River Cottage TV programme. An easy drive takes you to the lively market town of Bridport and to West Bay (TV's Broadchurch) on Dorset's stunning Jurassic Coast, whilst Lyme Regis, Dorchester and Weymouth are all easily accessible.
