Mallard, a single-storey cottage, consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washing machine, kettle, and toaster, and a living/dining room with TV and sofa bed. The bedroom is a double. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a gravelled patio, furniture, and fields with shared access. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 0.2 miles, beach 3.7 miles. Explore the Somerset Levels and enjoy the local pubs along the way, and there are fabulous walks in the Quantock and Mendip Hills, or along the coastal paths, plus this area has several top class golf courses. Within driving distance are the Willows and Wetlands Visitor Centre and the popular caves of Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole, plus the historic Wells Cathedral in England’s smallest city is well worth a visit.
