Lanyon conists of a kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge and coffee machine, a dining room with seating for six and a sitting room with a TV and electric fire. The bedrooms include three doubles and a twin which are all serviced by a separate bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub plus private driveway parking for guests. Two well- behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop in 0.5 miles, a pub in 1.3 miles and a beach in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the delightful hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine?
