Magnolia House has five double bedrooms with TVs and en-suite shower rooms set over three floors. There is also a utility/cloakroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars and an enclosed, rear garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 0.4 miles. Magnolia House is a contemporary retreat in a fabulous area of Berkshire.
