Puffins Rest is single-storey and has one double bedroom with TV, along with a bathroom with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen home to an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for two, and a sitting area with a Smart TV. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, a rear, enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and outdoor shower, and bBike and sports equipment storage is also available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two well-behaved pets are welcome (horses welcome). Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub within 0.7 miles and a beach within 1.6 miles. Enjoy a Cornish getaway in the stylish Puffins Rest.
