Ocean View is a ground-floor apartment consisting of a kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with seating for four guests, TV and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a private balcony with furniture, and private parking for one car. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 0.5 miles, a beach and please note that this is a non-smoking property. One well behaved dog accepted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ocean View is a wonderful escape for a family or group of friends in Cornwall. Please note: The outside parking spaces require a permit, the owner will leave one at the property for you to display. Please note: No Electric Vehicle Charging is permitted at this property.
