Willow Cottage

Willow Cottage is over three levels and has a second-floor king-size with rolltop bath, a king-size, a double and a single with trundle bed serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. There’s a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There’s a living/dining room with woodburning stove. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outdoor barbeque/pizza oven. A highchair and cot are available on request. Outside there’s roadside parking and an enclosed garden with patio areas, lawn, furniture and outdoor tap. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and beach 0.4 miles, pub 0.2 miles. The pretty and quiet coastal village of Silverdale is situated on the shores of Morecambe Bay. Both Silverdale and nearby Arnside have a good selection of shops, cafes and pubs. The local surrounding area is a “nature lover’s paradise” with stunning limestone pavements and wonderful woodland walks through the countryside alive with rare plants, trees and wildlife - the internationally renowned Leighton Moss RSPB Reserve is just 1 mile away from the village. Further afield, but within easy touring distance, are the Lake District and Lune Valley, The Yorkshire Dales and The Forest of Bowland.
