Barn 3 is single-storey with a studio layout consisting of a double bed, kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining space for two and sitting area with TV. There is a wet room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside there is an enclosed front gravelled area with furniture and a communal field, plus off-road parking for two cars. Within 2.2 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Two well-behaved pets welcome. WiFi, fuel, bed linen and towels included in the rent.
