Ratty’s Retreat consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining space for three guests and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. There is a family bedroom with single and double bed, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear decking with furniture, on-site fishing lakes and off-road parking for one car. Within 3.3 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent.
