On the first floor there is a sumptuous king bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and a family bathroom. An added bonus at this charming holiday home is the attractive fully enclosed rear garden with garden furniture and a BBQ so you can make the most of long summer evenings. There are no parking restrictions on Fawcett road so, with a little luck, you can park close to the house and simply walk into town.

It offers a small range of delightful shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés to choose from. The nearest town is Southwold just a short trip over the River Blyth, accessible via the foot ferry, or by walking/cycling across the foot bridge. It offers a good selection of amenities as well as a museum and a lighthouse. Walberswick offers both the beautiful sandy beach, as well as the stunning heathlands just waiting to be explored.
