Ty Bryn Calon consists of a kitchen with breakfast bar seating, double oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a utility room with washing machine, a dining room with dining seating, a sitting room with Smart TV, a conservatory with woodburning stove, a toy room with table football, and a swimming pool. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, four doubles, and a ground-floor double. There is a bathroom, a shower room, and another shower room on the ground floor. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, pizza oven, barbecue, and summer house. There is also an enclosed terrace/balcony with furniture, wood-fired hot tub, and private driveway parking for three cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
