Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, along with a TV with Freeview, DVD and CD/radio. Outside there is a private patio with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 3.8 miles and a pub in 1.5 miles.
