5 Lower Elms is a detached cottage with; kitchen/diner, sitting room and utility. Appliances include; oven & hob, microwave, fridge, TV. The bedrooms include a double, twin and a bunk, suitable for children only, with bathroom. Outside is a private patio with furniture and roadside parking.Travel cot available upon request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Please note: Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £200. Please note: Due to bed configuration, this property can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children. Venture over to the coastal village of Rock, where you can take to the waters by waterski or sailing, or enjoy a boat tour as you spot the local marine life of dolphins which frequent the shores. Polzeath is the ideal setting for trying your hand at surfing with its nearby Surf School, or if you'd prefer to sit the action out, the glorious sands are perfect for soaking up the sun with a good book.
