Chy Pol is a delightful bungalow with an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and two Smart TVs. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV, and a bunk, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and barbecue, along with off-road parking for two cars. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. St Minver is the perfect tourist base for exploring Cornwall, with easy access to the stunning beaches of Rock and the surfer's paradise of Polzaeath. Venture over to the coastal village of Rock, where you can take to the waters by waterski or sailing, or enjoy a boat tour as you spot the local marine life of dolphins which frequent the shores. Polzeath is the ideal setting for trying your hand at surfing with its nearby Surf School, or if you'd prefer to sit the action out, the glorious sands are perfect for soaking up the sun with a good book.
