Sunny Views consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for six, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting room with a Smart TV and a cloakroom. The bedrooms each have a Smart TV and consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside there is a non-enclosed lawn and enclosed decking and side sitting area with furniture and barbecue, plus off-road parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles or les you will find a shop and a pub and please note this is a smoke-free property. One well-behaved pet welcome. Highchair and stairgate available. At the point where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty meet, is where you'll find Combe Martin. This small seaside resort, with all of the necessary amenities, is a great attraction to locals and visitors alike. Combe Martin has a very popular beach; the sheltered cove is perfect for rock-pooling and it is a popular paddle boarding bay. The village also boasts its own Wildlife and Dinosaur Park! Combe Martin is home to the historic Earl of Rone festival held in May each year and has an annual carnival in August. This is an ideal base for touring, and discovering the delights of North Devon, with Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple all within easy reach. There are also numerous National Trust properties and gardens waiting to be enjoyed. Surfing at Woolacombe is among the best in the South West, while the South West coastal path passes within a mile. Combe Martin is a great base for enjoying a seaside getaway, with something to keep everybody entertained.
