Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV and electric fire. The bedrooms include a double with zip-link, en-suite shower and a smaller 4’ double, served by a bathroom. To the outside is allocated parking space for one car and a front patio with picnic bench. Within 1 mile there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 4 Boulby Bank Top is a wonderful escape to this part of Yorkshire. Note: Car park is steep and difficult to maneuverer, please take care. Note: Not suitable for those with mobility issues. Please note this property accepts a minimum stay of 3 nights.
