Garstang 2.3 miles. The Hamilton is a multi million pound development and is a grade 2 listed building which dates back to the 1600s. The development now consists of 6 high end luxury apartments in the main residence and three high end barn conversions to the courtyard. The majority of the original features have been kept and restored which was a high importance to the British Heritage Report. The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double, a double with Smart TV and en-suite, and a twin with en-suite, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed private patio with furniture and hot tub, a communal garden with lawned area, patio and furniture, and ample off-road parking. Garstang is a small town within the Wyre Borough of Lancashire, famous for declaring itself the world's first Fairtrade town.
