Appliances consist of an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and two Smart TVs for entertainment. Outside there is an enclosed, side garden with lawn, patio and furniture, a balcony with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles and a pub in 0.2 miles. Peacefully positioned on the north of the Gower Peninsula in the county of Swansea, Wales is the small village of Penclawdd. Once a thriving seaport, this village now plays host to an array of amenities, making the perfect base for exploring this superb part of South Wales. Things to do whilst stay here include, picturesque strolls along the River Loughor, The Gower Golf Club and Common Wood, whilst slightly further afield is the busting city of Swansea, which is home to Plantasia, a glass pyramid attraction housing exotic cacti, tropical plants and the impressive Swansea Botanical Gardens. The Mumbles is also within close reach, or you could cross the water to explore Llanelli, home to the WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre, Sandy Water Park and Parc Howard Museum. With all of this and much more, Pen-Clawdd is a superb base for a family holiday.
