Peacock Cottage, a three-storey home, has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a double bedroom, a twin, a second-floor twin with sofa bed, and a bathroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Smart TV. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture, hot tub and fire pit, and a private driveway for four cars. Three well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with two highchairs and two travel cots. You'll find a shop in 1.2 miles and a pub in 1.3 miles. Tal-Y-Bont-On-Usk is a charming countryside village resting within the heart of the Bannau Brycheiniog / Brecon Beacons National Park. The village is well-known for its stunning location which features a canal, two rivers, rolling hills and woodland and a wealth of wildlife, as well as the attraction of Talybont Reservoir. Within easy reach of the town is Pant, home to the Brecon Mountain Railway and the bustling Merthyr Tydfil with its Cyfarthfa Castle Museum and Art Gallery, Morlais Castle Golf Club and the 13th-century Morlais Castle.
