This single-storey home has four bedrooms, a double with en-suite shower room, a double, a twin with en-suite cloakroom, and a twin, along with a family bathroom. There’s also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and outside, there is off-road parking and boat parking. There’s a spacious decked area and a lawn leading to the dock with barbecue, badminton net and rackets, and cornhole garden game included. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop in 1.2 miles and a pub in 0.6 miles. Note: Due to the dockside location of the property, children and pets must be supervised at all times. Byewater is a superb choice for a waterside break on the Isle of Wight. Note: Wheelchair friendly property with wheelchair provided. Ryde, fondly known as "The Gateway to the Island", is the largest town on the Isle of Wight and became popular as a holiday destination in the 1820s. Today, the regular ferry, catamaran and hovercraft services make this lovely resort accessible for all. There’s so much to see and do, catering for all ages and interests within the town and local area including a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst the 6 miles of super, gently sloping sandy beaches are ideal for bathing. Along the esplanade there are bowling greens, tenpin bowling, putting greens and children’s rides as well as a boating lake and paddling pool. With many other attractions within easy reach, Ryde provides a superb base for touring this picturesque island.

The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.
