The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, slow cooker, Nespresso with starter capsules, external washing machine, Smart TV, dining area. There is a double bedroom serviced by a shower room. To the outside is designated off-road parking for one car and a lawn, patio and furniture. This property will accept three pets but sorry is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Within 3.5 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Inny Brook Cottage is a delightful retreat to Cornwall. Note: A dog barrier is available for guests to separate off living areas. Note: There is a dog washing station in the property's garden. Note: Cycle hire is available for delivery. Note Cornish Food, Drink and BBQ hampers are available to order for delivery from the owners direct.

The old market town of Camelford nearby is located close to Cornwall's north coast and is ideally situated for exploring the wild country of Bodmin Moor and the high cliffs, hidden coves, fishing villages and surfing beaches that populate this beautiful area.
