Brandeers Studio is a single-storey property consisting of a studio-style layout with double bed, kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, kettle and toaster, a dining area with seating for two guests and a sitting area with TV. There is also a wet room. Outside there is a private lawn with furniture and access to tennis courts, and parking is available. Natural swimming pond for wild water swimming, directly fed by water from a deep well (Image to follow), This is shared between the three properties. Within 1.8 miles you will find a shop and within 2.6 miles, a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved pets welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair and stairgate are also available. Brandeers Studio is a wonderful escape for a couple in Wiltshire. Note: There are numerous ponds surrounding the property, please ensure children are supervised. Note: Check-in from 3pm, check-out at 10am. Note: the property has a polished concrete floor throughout, giving that industrial look. You also have underfloor heating through the whole property, in addition to the wood burner. For a day of history and culture, head north to Cirencester to tour Corinium Museum and the remains of Cirencester Amphitheatre, or for a day of shopping and sightseeing, head to Swindon, with the STEAM - Museum of the Great Western Railway, The Brunel Shopping Centre, and Lydiard Park worth visiting.
