The living areas in this single-storey home consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with gas fire and Smart TV. There is a double bedroom with a Freeview TV and a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, fire pit, and an uncovered pond, and a private driveway for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles, and a pub 0.3 in miles. Escape to North Yorkshire with The Sycamores as your base. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst outside. Note: Uncovered pond in the garden; please be aware and supervise dogs at all times. Hunmanby is a charming village perched on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds, made famous by the artist David Hockney. Surrounded by stunning scenery and beautiful landscapes, this popular bustling village looks down across farmland towards North Yorkshire's historic seaside resort of Filey. Hunmanby lies directly between Scarborough and Bridlington, and still boasts its historic Market Place Cross and Hunmanby Hall Golf Course. It offers excellent amenities, including ancient coaching inns, shops, tea rooms and eateries, as well as a train station offering access to popular Bridlington, Scarborough, Whitby and beyond.
