There is a double bedroom with a Freeview TV and a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, fire pit, and an uncovered pond, and a private driveway for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles, and a pub 0.3 in miles. Escape to North Yorkshire with The Sycamores as your base. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst outside. Note: Uncovered pond in the garden; please be aware and supervise dogs at all times. Hunmanby is a charming village perched on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds, made famous by the artist David Hockney.
