Within 0.5 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this property is non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Brixton is a well-liked village located in the picturesque South Hams countryside, close to the stunning rugged coastline with hidden coves and picturesque harbours to the south as well as the Dartmoor National Park to the north. The area is known for its mild climate, clear waters, and beautiful beaches as well as spectacular coastal walks. In addition to numerous scenic walks, Brixton includes a small store, post office, welcoming real ale pub, and Just Williams restaurant. The historic maritime city of Plymouth, which has a number of theaters, a brand-new retail center, the historic Barbican, as well as a number of bars and restaurants, including the River Cottage Canteen at Royal William Yard, is about 5 miles to the east. A little distance away, near the mouth of the River Yealm, are the twin villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo, which are renowned for their beauty and fantastic sailing and are used for both cruising and racing. The National Trust beach at Wembury, popular for watersports and rock pooling, lies close to the settlement. It is approximately 5 miles east of the historic ocean city of Plymouth which offers extensive cultural and recreational facilities including theatres, new shopping centre, historic Barbican area, numerous bars and eating places including the River Cottage Canteen at Royal William Yard.
