You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Base Camp is a wonderful base for a tour of North Yorkshire. Note: The washing machine and tumble dryer are stored in a cupboard in the hallway. Visit the charming harbour and lighthouse to watch the sun go down, or go whale watching or on a coastal cruise to see the wildlife up close. To immerse yourself in history, ascend the 199 steps to Whitby Abbey or go to the Captain Cook Memorial Museum, which features a historical and anthropological display about Cook himself.
