10 The Gardens consists of a kitchen with range style cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, utility with washer/dryer, and living/dining room with dining seating, Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, king-size, twin, single, and ground-floor double, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. There is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, along with off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 3.6 miles, pub in 3.4 miles, river in 0.9 miles, and beach in 0.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. 10 The Gardens is a lovely base for a Devon getaway. Note: A welcome hamper will be provided for your arrival. The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!
