The living areas in this duplex apartment consist of a second-floor kitchen/diner equipped with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, a dishwasher and a dining area with seating for six guests, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size, a third-floor super king and a third-floor bunk, along with a second-floor bathroom and second-floor shower room. Outside there is parking available in the nearby car park and a permit is provided. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop, pub and beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 29b Lower Street is a charming base from which to explore all that Devon has to offer. Note: Property is accessed via a set of external steps which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility.
