Pen consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, dining seating for four, and a sitting room with Smart TV and Freeview, The bedrooms are zip/link and consist of a super-king-size and a twin, as well as a single bedroom on the ground floor and shower room. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a rear enclosed patio with lazylawn and furniture with umbrella, plus a communal lawn with two seat hammock, football nets and barbecue area. Ample off-road parking. Four, well-behaved pets welcome, please enquire about bringing 5 pets. Within 1.7 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property.
