The living areas in this single-storey annexe consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, along with a conservatory. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and two Netflix-enabled Smart TVs. The bedrooms consist of a double and a single with pull-out bed (can be made twin on request), both rooms have Jack-and-Jill access to an en-suite bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, furniture and barbecue, as well as off-road parking. Within 3.2 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes two well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
