To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, an EV charging point and a rear enclosed garden with patio furniture, barbecue and secure bike storage. There is CCTV covering the parking area and charger. This property does accept two well-behaved dogs but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, travel cot, highchair, stairgate, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop, pub and beach. Escape to Norfolk with a delightful stay at 8 Melinda Cottage. Note: Steep stairs throughout, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is space for only one electric car due to positioning of charging point. Note: There is a right of way for services around the Melinda Cottage, however the property is gated and secure. East Runton, a small village in Norfolk, is situated close to the North Sea and was formerly a traditional fishing community. There are now shops, taverns, a fish and chip restaurant, and a nice sandy beach with lifeguards in the community. The well-known coastal town of Cromer is close by, and it has a lovely Victorian pier where tourists may enjoy theatre performances, visit the museum, and view the RNLI lifeboat station. The Norfolk Coastal Path, which is a very popular walking route, passes through East Runton. Numerous miles of beaches, nature preserves, nearby golf courses at West Runton, Cromer, and Sheringham, as well as the well-known National Trust sites at Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall are just a few of the places of interest in this region of North Norfolk that are worth visiting. East Runton is a charming village that is perfectly situated to explore this magnificent region of Norfolk.
