Appliances include an electric Range cooker, microwave, American/style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, wine cooler and coffee maker, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, and a selection of books and games. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a garden with a lawn, terrace, hot tub, barbecue, outdoor tap, and furniture with a built-in heater. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A Travel cot and highchair can be provided on request and one well-behaved pet is welcome.
