Outside, there is a garden and designated parking for one car, along with additional roadside parking. Within 0.3 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Three kilometres of shingle beach, a bustling town centre, and a promenade with a bike path make this a fantastic place for a tranquil family holiday by the sea or an exciting weekend getaway. With its unique blend of Regency structures and gardens, the town has a lovely vintage vibe. It also enjoys a superb location for viewing the local sites in Hastings and Battle. Hastings boasts a fantastic Old Town with buildings that date back to 1450, a vibrant arts scene, a tonne of antique stores, and a tonne of bars, cafes, and restaurants. The high up on the cliffs Norman remnants of Hastings Castle, the smugglers' caves, the Hastings Aquarium, and various museums are attractions. Sissinghurst Castle Gardens are about 20 miles distant, and both Battle and Rye are easily accessible. To the Sussex coast, Saint Leonards-on-Sea offers a fantastic getaway.
