The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a utility with tumble dryer, a dining room and a sitting room with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, a double, and a ground-floor single, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is a rear garden with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. One of the real Cornish jewels is Port Isaac. The old village in the valley, a charming fishing community nestled in a valley with steep sides, has hardly altered since the previous century, when it was a centre for smuggling, slate export, and fishing. You can find a lot of little character homes mixed in with bigger cliff-top retreats, all with convenient access to the village's many eateries and shops. As the water recedes, the sandy harbour offers an abundance of rock pools. The village is a well-liked tourist destination with numerous of attractions, including the spectacular Doyden Castle, the lovely Lundy Bay, and the well-known Doc Martin's clinic.
