This three-storey holiday home has three bedrooms, a second-floor double with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an electric flame-effect fire. Appliances include an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property.1 well behaved dog welcome. You can find a shop in 0.1 mile and a pub in 1.8 miles. Please note that the washing machine is in the loft. Egremont Cottage is a lovely escape to beautiful Cumbria. Due to the central location of our cottage in the heart of the village we only have off road parking for 1 average size vehicle. Large vans or campervans arent able to park outside the cottage. Alternate street parking in the village is available.

Carnforth is a well-known location situated off the M6 and 20 miles south of the picturesque Lake District. It is located at the northern end of Morecambe Bay, north of the ancient town of Lancaster, 15 miles from the winding lanes of the Yorkshire Dales, and only a short distance from the Lake District. Other nearby attractions include the play area, café, garden centre, and crafts and local produce at Greenlands Farm Village. Tidal sands border Morecambe Bay's vast extent in the picturesque region immediately north of Carnforth.

Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.
