The living areas in this holiday home consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, dining table, sitting room with open fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, two king-sizes with TVs, a ground-floor king-size with Jack-and-Jill access to shower room and a ground-floor king-size all serviced by a bathroom, ground-floor shower room and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, a patio and access to three acres of paddock. Within 2.6 miles there is a shop and 0.3 miles a pub. Three well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for open fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Northumberland at The Coach House. Northumberland's northernmost village, Cornhill-on-Tweed, is situated close to the coastal cities of Coldstream and Berwick-upon-Tweed and the Scottish border. The tranquilly and breath-taking beauty of the surrounding countryside make it a popular destination for hikers, bikers, and golfers, while the River Tweed draws many anglers. The Collingwood Arms, a country inn renowned for its excellent beer and food, and a post office/shop that stocks most essentials, characterise the town. The Heritage Coast of Northumberland is easily accessible from Cornhill and features historic castles, miles of beautiful sandy beaches with views of the North Sea, and an abundance of flora and fauna in the dunes. Visitors can easily explore the area's rich history by driving to Alnwick to see the Norman Castle, garden, and unique poison garden. From Cornhill-on-Tweed, you can travel to the Scottish Borders and Northumberland with ease.
