The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric flame-effect fire. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find both a shop and a pub and within 0.1 miles, a loch and please note that two well-behaved pets are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are available. Hollybirch is a charming base for a relaxing escape to Scotland. Note: There are steps up to the property.

St Fillans is a picturesque lakeside village located at the eastern end of Loch Earn, nestled between Ardtrostan and Comrie. It is renowned for its prime location in Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park and offers various attractions like canoeing, boating, the St Fillans Monster, and the St Fillans Golf Club. The disused railway provides a footpath and cycle path leading to Comrie. Dining options include Achray House, The Four Seasons Hotel, a village cafe for light snacks, and terraced dining at the golf club, which also serves breakfast.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain’s best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
