The living area includes a kitchen housing an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a living/dining room with woodburning stove and TV. The bedrooms include a double and two twins, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a patio with seating and a communal lawn, along with off-road parking for two cars. This property will accept two pets however smoking is not allowed. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and within 0.4 miles there is a beach. Travel cot, highchair, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Timbers is a delightful escape, whatever time of year. Please note: this property has a minimum of 4 nights only.

Weybourne is a charming fishing community close to Cromer that may be found on the coast road between Sheringham and Holt. The village is surrounded by arable fields, woods, and heathland and is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, making it a great place to hike along the coast and inland. Along with sea fishing, river excursions to visit the seals, a championship golf course, and numerous other local activities, the coastal roads make for ideal road riding. Weybourne is located in the middle of the Sheringham to Holt Poppy Line, which runs antique diesel and steam trains and provides a "hop on, hop off" service between the two towns during the summer. Visit the Cromer and Sheringham beaches that have earned the Blue Flag, or go birdwatching at Blakeney and Wells.
