Sugar Sands is an excellent end property situated in an ideal central location on the Northumberland Heritage Coastline in the village of Longhoughton, very near to Boulmer and Alnmouth. It has been furnished and equipped to high standards in a contemporary style and is very well equipped making an excellent base to tour the coast and inland attractions with the added advantage of 2 washrooms, private parking and patio. GROUND FLOOR Kitchen/dining room open plan with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Utility with washer/dryer. Cloakroom with WC and basin. Longhoughton is a coastal village resting between Craster and Alnmouth, in the beautiful scenery of Northumbria. The village is known or its stunning sandy beach, an idyllic setting for a seaside walk, and offers a selection of attractions including easy access to the historic Howick Hall Gardens & Arboretum, the Ratcheugh, and coastal walks. Dining options include The Bathing House and The Running Fox, while you can stock up on essentials at the nearby convenience store. Just outside of the village you can find the lovely seaside town of Alnmouth with its picturesque beach, eateries, and the close by Warkworth Castle.
