Pebble Cottage is a charming stone built cottage in an outstanding location right on the sea shore with beautiful sea views. As one of Boulmer’s original fisherman’s cottages it has been renovated and extended to accommodate three bedrooms. The front garden leads directly down to the rocks and beach, and there is also a large enclosed back garden. The cottage enjoys sea or farmland views from every aspect. There is a quiet pub next door that serves lunches and evening meals in attractive surroundings. GROUND FLOOR Living room spacious and wood panelled with log fire and TV/DVD player. Kitchen/dining room with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, TV/DVD player, table and chairs and French doors to the garden leading directly onto the beach. Walk-in cloarkoom with hanging space Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, en suite shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with two single beds. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 3 with two single beds. Glass door leading to balcony with table and chairs and lovely sea views. Bathroom with bath, WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Large enclosed back garden. Front garden with seating on patio and lawn area leading straight to rocks and beach. Gas central heating, electricity and hot water included in the rent. A welcome pack of a bag of logs, kindling and firelighters is included. All bed linen and towels provided. Private parking. Secure storage available in barn for bikes etc.

Longhoughton is a coastal village resting between Craster and Alnmouth, in the beautiful scenery of Northumbria. The village is known or its stunning sandy beach, an idyllic setting for a seaside walk, and offers a selection of attractions including easy access to the historic Howick Hall Gardens & Arboretum, the Ratcheugh, and coastal walks. Dining options include The Bathing House and The Running Fox, while you can stock up on essentials at the nearby convenience store. Just outside of the village you can find the lovely seaside town of Alnmouth with its picturesque beach, eateries, and the close by Warkworth Castle.

Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrian’s Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.
