The Chevy is an individually-built, detached house set on a corner plot at the end of the popular Southfield Avenue being a short distance from the heart of all the facilities in Seahouses. With the added benefit of a ground double bedroom and bathroom, the clever design of The Chevy will accommodate a variety of guests wanting to have a comfortable, modern holiday property as a base for exploring the delights of Northumberland. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Ramp to front door. Kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave. Lounge with comfy sofa and chairs, Smart TV. Bedroom 3 with double bed, Smart TV and en suite shower room with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, Smart TV and en suite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 with king-size bed, Smart TV and en suite shower room with shower, WC, basin, bidet and heated towel rail. OTHER FACILITIES Parking for 2 cars. Garden to front and side (not enclosed). A bustling, pretty fishing village with an attractive harbour, situated on the beautiful Northumbrian coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.
