Eastfield is a beautiful, newly renovated, semi-detached cottage in the coastal village of Low Newton, perched on the edge of the beach with stunning panoramic views along the beach to Embleton and Dunstanburgh Castle beyond. Nestled on the hillside and just a few metres from the beach, the cottage is the perfect destinations for families or friends wanting a seaside break. With open plan living accommodation, light and airy bedrooms and three bathrooms this is the ideal cottage to relax in, there is also a small garden and patio area with furniture which is a safe haven for children to play in or for the adults to sit and watch the tides at the end of a long day. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance to hallway with cupboard housing the washing machine. Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. Kitchen area with electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, large American style fridge and microwave. Dining area with table and chairs and picture window with stunning views towards Dunstanburgh Castle. Lounge area with comfy sofas, large TV and access to the patio via French doors. Bedroom 3 - Accessible room with double bed (profiling, height adjustable with track hoist above) TV, seating and access to the patio. En suite wet room with accessible sink, T70 shower chair. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with double bed, TV, large picture window with views out to sea and seating. Bedroom 2 with double bed and TV. Shower room with shower, WC and basin. The small coastal village of Low Newton-by-the-Sea is situated on Northumberland's Heritage Coastline between the popular fishing villages of Craster, famous for its kippers, and Beadnell. Beadnell Bay offers excellent sandy beaches and there are spectacular coastal paths with wonderful scenery. The village has a pub which serves food and the historic town of Alnwick is only a short drive away.

Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrian’s Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.
