Inveray is a fantastic house located in the Village of Seahouses with southerly views over the coast and golf course. Finished to a high standard, Inveray is the perfect property for that family get together or the perfect weekend retreat ideally placed for both the beach and local amenities. The village has a good variety of pubs, eating places and shops all within walking distance from the property which is ideally located on the Heritage Coastline. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Living room with TV, DVD and bay window overlooking the front of the property. Kitchen/dining room with multi fuel stove, 2 easy chairs, dining table and six chairs, French windows to the rear garden, electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Cloakroom with WC and basin. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with King size bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed Bedroom 3 with bunk beds and a single bed . Family bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Externally there is a garden to the front and enclosed westerly rear garden. The front garden has a bench for sitting and the rear enclosed garden has a patio area. A bustling, pretty fishing village with an attractive harbour, situated on the beautiful Northumbrian coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.
